NoraLoom reserves the right to:

  1. Remove or block access to material suspected of infringing copyright.

  2. Suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users or contributors found to be repeat violators.

2. Submitting a Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work is being used unlawfully on our site, you must submit a written Notice of Infringement to our Designated Agent. This notice must include:

  • A signature (physical or electronic) of the copyright holder or authorized representative.

  • A description of the copyrighted work at issue.

  • Clear identification of the infringing material, including its URL or other specific location.

  • A statement affirming that you believe, in good faith, that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.

  • Your contact details including name, address, phone number, and email address.

  • A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are legally permitted to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Response to a Valid Notice

Upon receiving a valid notice, NoraLoom may:

  • Disable or remove the identified material.

  • Notify the individual who uploaded the content of the removal.

  • Terminate repeat offenders in accordance with our policy.

4. Filing a Counter-Notice

If your content has been removed and you believe the removal was incorrect, you may send a Counter-Notice to our Designated Agent containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.

  • A good-faith statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  • Your full name, address, phone number, and email (if available).

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in your district (or if you live outside the U.S., in a district where NoraLoom operates), and agreeing to accept legal notice from the party who filed the original claim.

5. Restoration of Content

If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless that party files a legal action, we may restore access to the removed content within 10–14 business days or more, at our discretion.
